New: Feedback Form Script

PHPJabbers have just launched Feedback Form Script - a great feedback tool allowing companies from all business areas to learn about customers' experience with their products and services. Thanks to the responsive UI design and the variety of color schemes offered, the PHP feedback script will fit into any website. 

Clients can give 4 types of feedback - suggestions, bugs, compliments and complaints, and attach files and screenshots to better illustrate the issue / their point. Website owners can then generate monthly reports showing the overall dis/satisfaction rate and use them to improve their services and general performance.
